Our design process begins with a 'getting to know you' questionairre followed by a consultation either in person (for clients in Sydney) or by phone.

During this consultation we want to find out all about you and your wedding vision. The more details you can provide us, including photos of your dress, flowers, cake, and wedding location and descriptions of your likes and dislikes, the better. Even the story of how you and and your fiancé met and what interests you both share are great help in putting together the perfect invitation. Visual inspiration is great too!

We will discuss your specific stationery needs :
- Save the dates
- Invitations, reply cards, gift information cards
- Addressing outer envelopes
- Location maps,
- Personalized thank you cards
- Programs, menus, place cards, table numbers, favor tags
- Rehearsal Dinner invitations
- Personalized fans, pencils, stickers etc.

Once we have a better understanding of what you are looking for, we can put together a rough cost proposal and timeline for your stationery. The estimate will factor in your quantity, the type of printing, paper quantities, colours, hand-done details, custom illustration and design.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
We recommend starting the custom design process at least 4 to 5 months prior to your mailing date. Rush orders can be accomomodated at an extra cost.

We suggest mailing Save the Dates 5 to 10 months prior to your wedding date. 7 to 10 months prior is suggested for lots of out of town guests or destination weddings.

We recommend mailing Wedding Invitations 6 to 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. 8 to 10 weeks for lots of out of town guests or destination weddings.

PRICING
As our designs are custom and often have hand drawn elements our pricing must be handled on an individual basis.
GETTING STARTED!
At this point you will need to supply a rough draft of the wording you would like to include in the design of your project. We are happy to assist with the wording process.

Based on your timeline Part & Parcel will present two to three design options especially for you! These will be emailed as a colour pdf file for your review. The colours, materials and printing process will be outlined. You will then have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify any changes that you want to make or new ideas you may wish to incorporate. We will perfect your special design through three (free!) additional rounds of proofs.

Once finished and approved your invitations will go to print. Printing, finishing and delivery takes up to four weeks. Once finished your invitations will be ready to be sent to your lucky guests!
