This pasta sauce is unlike anything on the shelves. It’s uniquely Australian but plays off everyone’s favourite pasta dish, Penne alla Vodka. A rich, flavour-packed pasta sauce starring local Australian Talent - summer ripe, Australian Roma Tomatoes, Archie Rose Native Botanical Vodka and Toolunka Estate Naturally Fermented Olive Brine.

Hot tip.

Simply bring the jar of sauce to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Toss through hot pasta along with 80ml of full fat pouring cream, a generous splash of pasta cooking water, a knob of butter and a shower of Parmigiano Reggiano. Give it a forceful stir and watch it transform into a deliciously, silky sauce. For a dairy-free version, after heating the sauce, toss through hot pasta with 60mls of pasta cooking water, giving it a forceful stir and top with pangrattato (fried breadcrumbs).

Saturday Night Pasta is therapy for the modern-day food lover, teaching self-care through the humble act of making and most importantly, eating pasta. For Lizzie, founder of SNP, food and cooking is a way to connect with the world – it’s what makes life worth living and brings people together from all walks of life.  Lizzie has long struggled with anxiety, and it was during a particularly unmanageable time, that she found solace in the humble act of making pasta every Saturday night. SNP then first came a self-care ritual, then a book, followed by a range of Australian-made pasta tools. Now comes a line-up of pasta sauces and dried pasta fit for those who find comfort in convenience.
